This session is about transforming how Power BI developers approach report design. After more than 6 years of creating analytical reports, I’ve discovered that exceptional developers don’t reinvent the wheel – they systematically build from insights from their own builds, colleagues‘ successes, and community challenges and competitions.
The session delivers both strategic mindset and technical implementation. We’ll explore how to break the trap of stuffing everything onto one page that leads from requirements directly to overcomplicated or uninspiring report solutions. Then we’ll dive into specific Power BI techniques that balance creativity with technical excellence and proper design principles. Developers will learn how to build their own inspiration repository as a learning system for continuous creative growth.
