There’s also a „Getting Started“ guide that walks you through 4 steps: install Obsidian, open the folder as a vault, enable the 2 plugins, add your first entry. About 10 minutes to set up.

One bit of advice. Don’t wait until you have the perfect report to analyze. Pick something you opened this week, something you thought „that’s nice“ about, and XRAY it. 5 minutes. That’s entry one. The vault compounds from there.
